By using this website, you, the customer, give consent to TKF - Development to collect, hold, disclose and use your personal information submitted through the Preserved Moss website/Online Shop (and all information submitted in connection with an online purchase). Such processing is carried out electronically and automatically. TKF - Development uses any personal data submitted through the website/Online Shop (and all information submitted in connection with an online purchase) for the purposes of: enabling customers to purchase TKF - Development products; market research with the goal of improving the website and product range; keeping customers informed about TKF - Development market activities, goods, services and open transactions; and delegating repairs or other logistical tasks to third parties. Data will not be passed on to any third parties.

In compliance with the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) from the EU, we have now restricted the Allow Contact feature to function on an "opt-in" basis only.  This means that the "Allow Contact" box is unticked by default, requiring the customer to tick the box if they wish to receive unsolicited email correspondence.

TKF - Development may contact registered customers occasionally by email to inform you of new arrivals and promotions. You can conveniently manage your registration for the receipt of emails from TKF - Development in the "My Account" area. Simply enter your email address in the field provided and then click on "Save changes". 

If you no longer wish to receive emails from us, simply click on the "Unsubscribe" link that you find at the end of each email. Alternatively, you can unsubscribe in the "My Account" area of our website.

  1. Social Plug-ins

A Preserved Moss website uses so-called social plug-ins (in the following, plug-ins) of social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Google+, Pinterest or Instagram.
